If you are missing all your teeth, an implant-supported full
denture can replace them. Dental implants will replace both your
lost teeth and some of the roots. Because they replace the roots,
the bone is better preserved. With conventional dentures, the
bone that previously surrounded the tooth roots begins to disappear.
With the immediate_loading_technique, we can place (when bone
conditions are favorable) the bridge over the implants on the
same day.
For more complex cases of patients with low bone quantity,
we work with a computer software that enables us to predict
the exact position of an implant in the jaw and to prepare
the implant bridge prior to surgery (the Nobel Guide system
for computer aided implant insertion).
This gives a much higher success rate and
allows immediate placement of the bridge. We are extensively
experienced in several implant techniques and immediate loading
which enables us to rehabilitate edentulous jaws in a very
short time.
