I had been planning in having breast augmentation for some time and I came across Mills & Mills. After my first consultation with Claire & Dr Mileto, I decided to book the surgery. Just before entering surgery Dr Mileto went over my procedure and the staff in the hospital were very friendly and helpful. Peter who also works for Mills & Mills was very helpful with explaining my recovery and also talking the stitches out a week later.
I was back at work a week later and not in pain. It still has not been a month since my surgery and I'm feeling perfectly fine and very happy with my breast size. Looking forward to my next revision appointment with Dr Mileto. He is a great surgeon and very professional.

I found mills and mills medical wonderful from the start. I sent a request to what I wanted from their web site page. They answered back within24 hrs. I found from my first enquiry, the help and support I got from Sian was fabulous. She answered all my questions and worries that I had. She was always pleased to talk to me on the phone matter how trivial the problem was and to make me extremely comfortable to go ahead with my procedure with mills medical. Sian was there to greet me at the hospital and popped in to see me no end of times after my procedure to see how I was recovering.
My surgeon Dr. Francisco Giraldo was such a lovely kind soft spoken person and took good care of me during and after the procedure. He`s done such a lovely job of my face to make me look so much more feminine. I still cry when I look in the mirror when I see what a difference he has made to my life.
The Xanit Hospital is a fantastic facility, so clean and the staff are so friendly and a lovely private room with such a beautiful view. My friend was also made welcome to stay a couple of nights with me.
I would definitely use mills medical again and recommend mills medical to anyone.

found Mills and Mills wonderful! I have always wanted a breast augmentation, but never really knew how to go about it. I found from my very first enquiry, the help and support I got from Claire was amazing.
She answered all of my questions or worries that I had straight away and made me feel extremely comfortable to go ahead with the procedure with Mills and Mills.
My surgeon Dr Mileto was lovely, before during and after the procedure and he did an amazing job with my new breasts!
The Hospital I was staying in was also brilliant, probably the cleanest hospital I have ever visited, and all the Staff where very helpful. I even got to stay in a private suit so had my own bathroom and two teles, and they made up a bed so that my partner could stay the night with me which I thought was very kind.
All in All I would recommend Mills and Mills to anyone

Miss L Taylor - London - Breast Augmentation

After seeking high and low in the UK for a surgeon to do a transaxillary breast augmentation to no avail, I finally found that there was one doctor at Mills and Mills that does this. Holly was great as I was extremely worried about having to go to another country, had many irrational worries and it took about six months between contacting Mills and Mills and having the op as my schedule is all over the place. I cannot recommend Dr Giraldo enough. He put me at ease immediately and knew exactly what I wanted. The hospital was beautiful and I had a nurse on call until I was discharged, the view was beautiful and most importantly All the staff were so good looking. lol. Its been four weeks since I had my operation and I know I am not going to regret it for a second. I look amazing and completely natural and not too big (all the things I stressed to Dr Giraldo before the operation). When everything was this easy I find myself wondering why it took me this long to just go ahead and do it.

I decided to operate, well over a year ago however I approached a well know company in Spain but they did not convince me so I backed off.

Holly was my first contact with Mills and Mills, she was very natural, comfortable to talk to, whilst being profesional and not too clinical. Dr Milito was extremely patient and willing to give me time and and answer all my questions and made everything clear, with a serious and profesional yet friendly approach. This first contact was important as it made me feel that they knew what they were doing, and inspired trust and confidence.

I have a demanding job and not much free time and Holly was so understanding of this with me unfortunately having to schedule and re schedule, she was not only helpful but even came up with solutions offering transport to the hospital and back. She answered all my e mails promptly and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for her.

On my arrival at the hospital which was modern and clean with friendly and pleasant staff. I met Peter who was fantastic and made me felt looked after personally. Before and after the operation Peter popped in and out to see me and had time to sit down and chat which was lovely and knowing he is a qualified nurse certainly made me feel more than safe knowing I could contact him when I was discharged if I needed to, if I had any questions. Dr Mileto came to see me after the operation which was again a lovely touch to the whole experience. Because even though the operation was carried out quickly and the aftercare at the hospital was excelent. One always worries after being discharged who to contact afterwards and Peter certainly made me feel at ease about this and in safe hands.

The overall experience was professional but with a very personal, friendly and caring touch, I was made to feel that no question I had was too silly, and that Holly, Dr Mileto and Peter had all the time in the world for me to be made to feel comfortable and in good hands. I was given the feeling that the arrangements, date, times etc were done to suit me and nothing was too much trouble.

I looked in the mirror a day or two ago and was surprised to think that it had been less than a month ago that I had contacted Mills and Mills and everything had been done in such a short time and handled so well with the exact result I had wanted.

After waiting for a number of years and looking at quite a few web sites regarding Rhinoplasty, I eventually took the courage to go ahead and have this done in January 2011 with Mills and Mills Medical Group.
Once I had completed the initial enquiry on line, and from the very first meeting with Holly Nilson the Patient Co-Ordinator and my surgeon Dr. Francisco Giraldo my mind was put at ease following the explanation of how Dr Gilardo would perform the operation and how long it should take and the recovery time. I knew that I had made the right decision to go with Mills and Mills Medical Group.

On the day of the operation I arrived at the Xanit Hospital in Malaga feeling very anxious with what was to follow, this quickly passed when I was met by Peter the nurse who would be looking after me during my stay. Peter was so friendly and professional explaining to me the time of the rhinoplasty operation and the
Pre-op procedures needed to be done before the operation.

I was very happy with my room which had a beautiful view looking out to sea; the room had the facility for having someone to stay with you overnight.

The aftercare of Dr Gilardo and Peter was excellent and I was back on my way home just after 5 days.

I am very, very, happy to have now got the nose I have waited so long for and more confidence than ever to enjoy my life and to look forward to my daughter and son’s weddings this year. If I need any other cosmetic surgery I would not hesitate going back.

I would therefore thank Dr Gilardo, Holly and Peter for the exceptional service you gave. I would recommend Mills & Mills Group, and especially if you decided to have any cosmetic surgery done in Spain.

Miss C Jones-London-Breast surgery

I have recently had breast surgey with Mills and Mills in April, and found them to be extremely efficient and helpful. They helped calm my nerves, and more importantly my mothers!
I am especially grateful to Claire, Dr Mileto and Peter (my nurse). They were with me 100%, and Claire answered every single one of my questions (and there were plenty!). Dr Mileto was very understanding about my procedure and on my first consultation even suggested I have only part of the procedure done as that was all I would need! Therefore, I got half my fee back, which I thought was extremely honest of him for doing that. I was most grateful.
I would happily refer Mills and Mills to my friends and family, and will use them again in the future if anything is needed.

Mr H Sanchez-Marbella-Hair transplant

I was delighted with the care and attention I received from Dr Panno and his team for my recent hair transplant.
The transplant is the last peice of the jigsaw to get my hair line back. Minoxidil and finasteride has done a good job in thickening my hair, but I can now look forward to a newline thanks to Dr Panno.
I could not fault the care I received.
