Just wanted to thank you for all what you have done to make the Mills & Mills experience the fantastic one it was.
Throughout the entire time I spent in Spain, I was supported and kept up to date at every stage of my treatment.
Dr Koeller is an absolute genius and an artist with cosmetic dentistry.

I would like to thank Amanda, Lizzy and the surgeon, who were all wonderful and treated me brilliantly.
I would recommend (and have recommended) to anyone who wants cosmetic surgery to have a consult with Mills & Mills. I found everyone very helpful, informative and considerate.
The hospital itself was very well equipped, all the nursing staff were brilliant and the setting was lovely.
If I consider further surgery I will definitely use Mills & Mills.

I knew Mills & Mills through a friend and had a good feeling during the first consultation with Dr. Vricella, who wasn't selling nor giving personal opinions, but just the information you needed; and of-course Louise Truelove was very, very convincing.
Louise Truelove was always available and very comforting - although it's part of her job, she's genuine.
Just after the operation and the first days the head nurse was also very attentive to my panic phone calls, reacted reassuringly and was very helpful.

My fiancee and my self decided to go to Mills & Mills to have surgery for our wedding in June 2008 and liked the idea of having surgery and a sun holiday together. The staff were very nice - we had a consultation appointment within a few days and Lizzie (our co-ordinator) looked after everything for us - all we had to do was book our flights. We are so pleased with everything.
All the staff were great, but Lizzie most importantly - without her I don't think we would have had our surgery. Amanda for all our info and checking in on us to make sure we were ok, and Damien answered all our silly questions. They were all fab and we would recommend Mills & Mills to anyone thinking of having cosmetic surgery, and would go back to again.
There is nothing bad that could be said about Mills & Mills, we are both thrilled with the results and would like to thank Mills & Mills for everything.

Well, what can I say? My fiance and I went to Mills and Mills to have surgery done for our wedding in June 2008.
My results are fab and am really pleased with it and so is he. The team of staff are just brilliant.
They were always there if you needed them. My surgery has given me the confidence I have always wanted so I will never be able to thank Mills & Mills enough.
I am so happy I can't describe it and put it into words. I will never be able to thank Mills and Mills enough all the team did a fantasic job especially Lizzie and Dr Marco Vricella with out them I dont think I would of had my surgery.

...I got on the internet and started some research, trying to find a good clinic with a good reputation. Then I found Mills and Mills, who have a clinic in Marbella.
It was so much cheaper to have it done over there, and I would get to stay in a five star hotel too. My face lift would cost me just £7,000 compared to over £12,000 here in the UK.
I went for my first appointment in London. The surgeon took a good look at my face and promised me he could make me look younger. But he wouldn’t touch my forehead, he said that didn’t need doing. Instead he would just concentrate on my neck and lower face.

Anyway, I am feeling fantastic and sometimes I forget I have them there, when I see them I smile!
I can’t stop holding them, I want to look in the mirror at them and my boyfriend is in heaven with them.
They couldn’t be any more perfect. Even my parents are impressed – they were petrified of the thought that something would go wrong and that I would regret it.

Well done Mills & Mills! There are a lot of companies out there after business but you stood out for your down to earth, personal approach. The no-sales emphasis on initial contact was a big plus for me.
I just wanted to know about the surgery and how I would be, not get into a big discussion about finances on the first conversation. Keep doing what you are doing and I am sure I will see you again in sunny Spain!
It just felt right - once I had spoken to someone, what they said, happened. I was never left waiting for a phone call or email when trying to arrange the surgery and the trip. There was no sell for loans etc. and I felt everyone I came into contact with were just nice, normal down to earth people. It was a gut decision but it paid off.

We initially travelled to Spain and Mill & Mills after my husband, Martyn, had tried for years to obtain suitable dental treatment in the U.K. unsuccessfully.
I had heard that dental treatment was available overseas, and probably cheaper than in the U.K. I found Mill & Mills details from a websearch and immediately contacted them for information.
The website was very imformative and we were happy that they were an English speaking company.
I spoke with David Mills who was extremely helpful and after an initial trip and consultation, we found that Martyn could have the work he needed completed in only 2 weeks and at a much reduced cost.

Lovely Louise was kind and willing to explain to calm you down with any worries you may have, she's an angel!

Certainly ten out of ten with star! Everybody was superb, from the surgeon, anaesthetist, and nurses.
I should like to thank Amanda in particular, who could not have been more helpful or caring.
I did not feel at all alone or nervous, and the whole experience combined a wonderful operation with a lovely holiday in Marbella.

I was so unhappy with myself I became very depressed at the age of 19, that’s when my mum started to look for a surgeon to help me.
We found Mills and Mills online and it looked fantastic on the website; my mum spoke to Debra Mills and within a few weeks I was off for my consultation with Dr Marco Vricella.
He made me feel so comfortable I knew inside that he was the surgeon I wanted to help me; he decided that I needed a tummy tuck and breast implants and that he thought he could spare me the scars of an uplift as I was young and my skin should be able to accommodate the implants he had planned to place in through the nipple.
They gave my mum a really good quote as she was the lifesaver that was making this possible for me.

Having firmly decided that I wasn’t happy with my body after losing a considerable amount of weight and that no amount of exercise was going to improve my appearance, I started ringing around cosmetic surgery groups with the intension of arranging consultations.
I approached 2 cosmetic surgery groups. I received some wonderful glossy brochures promising first class treatment with wonderful results.
It wasn’t until I phoned to make an appointment for a consultation with a well known company that I spoke to a very pleasant girl who asked if I had considered going abroad to have the surgery, and if I had heard of Mills and Mills Medical Group.
She spoke so highly of David & Debbie Mills that I didn’t make an appointment with them, I went home and looked up the number for Mills & Mills and made an appointment to see the Patient Coordinator & Dr Vricella in Ilkley early summer of 2006.

Celebrity hairdresser, Jonathan Yeadon of Colour and Cutting Crew began the New Year with a gift to himself by having liposuction at Mills & Mills Medical Group.
As a teenager, Jonathan always battled with his weight.
He was described by the school dietician as morbidly obese and at 15 years of age and five feet six inches, he tipped the scales at 15 stone.
He was very unhappy and was the constant victim of bullying at his all-boys school in Bradford, England.

Surgery is something I have been considering for a number of years. This year was my 40th birthday - I had the money and my husband said if I wanted it done then this was the time.
When I first came to Mills & Mills I was not sure if I would need an uplift or implants or both. Dr Mendoza explained everything to me; as I really didn't want implants she advised me that she could do an uplift that would look good.
I cannot believe how good they do look, I'm looking forward to the summer so I can wear my bikini with a lot more confidence - my husband loves them too.

Online information and feedback from Rachel Howe (Patient care co-ordinator) was excellent, and from the website I found that the facilities appeared to be very up to date, therefore I felt confident to proceed.
Dr. Gerhard Steinruck was very professional and helped me to relax through the treatment.
I would give 10/10 from my reception at the clinic to the time my treatment was finished.

Take it from me, no other medical group comes close to the standards of Mills & Mills, and believe me, I went to see several surgeons.
