else," comments Margaret, 45, from Dublin. She has recently realised her
dream of regaining a youthful and svelte figure, thanks to a tummy tuck and breast

Margaret, like many people in Ireland, has a holiday home on the Costa del Sol,
making Surgery in the sun an even more attractive option. Margaret explains, “I
was doing some research of my own on the internet about clinics and hospitals
offering cosmetic surgery both in Ireland and aboard and I found Mills & Mills

that I was planning on having.

the operation during the summer whilst on holiday with my family in Spain made

Like many women after having children, Margaret thought about cosmetic surgery
as a realistic option to regain her figure. Her stomach had some excess fat and
loose skin that exercise and diet had no impact upon. This made her feel older,
and also self-conscience when changing in front of others, such as at the gym
or golf club.
She continues, “I chose to have my consultation in Spain when I was at
my holiday home and then I had the operation during the summer, so I could be
with my family and recuperate in privacy in my holiday home with my family with
me. My husband was great as he helped with the kids, so I was able to take it
easy at first.
“Admittedly, the thought of surgery and the anaesthetic was daunting at
first, but once I met the surgeon and the staff, and got all the information
I felt much better. They were all so professional and helpful. On the morning
of the operation I was naturally quite nervous and my husband reassured me that
he loved me just the way I was – I didn’t have to have the operation
if I didn’t want to! But just for me, for my own self-confidence I wanted
to have the surgery and now I am so glad I did!
“My friends at first just commented on how great I looked when I got back
from holiday and asked me how I had lost so much weight, but I was just so excited
that I couldn’t help telling them all about the surgery! At first they
were a little shocked, but they admired me for doing it and they clearly thought
the results were worth it. Within a month the swelling was significantly reduced
and I was back out playing golf! Now the healing is really beginning to let the
results show.

Street offices, so I could combine it with a weekend shopping trip to London!
